PROFILE OF DR. JOSEPH EMMANUEL

• Joseph Emmanuel is currently working as Regional Officer, CBSE, Regional Office, Panchkula that caters to the needs of schools in the States of Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Union Territory of Chandigarh.
• Prior to assuming the charge of Regional Officer, Panchkula he also served as Secretary of Central Board of Secondary Education and an Officer on Special Duty (O.S.D) for Medical Entrance Examination and Deputy Secretary (Affln) etc.
• Joseph Emmanuel remains active in bringing innovation in the field of Educational Administration, such as, integration of technology with the examination system, E- Affiliation System etc. which was a turning point in the field of innovation and technology.
• He has also played a pivotal role in developing online application and online payment for various examination conducted by the Board which remained an initiative towards high technology usage. He is also instrumental in developing E-Affiliation system in the Board.
• As an Officer on Special Duty (O.S.D) for Medical Examination he has successfully conducted National Eligibility Test for MBBS and BDS in the country and abroad (a test being conducted in ten languages across India and Abroad).

On Academic front Dr. Joseph Emmanuel is a Post Graduate in Commerce and also possesses Doctorate Degree in Financial Management.
